This calls Paystack's real refund API. You'll be asked to confirm before it runs.
Use this only when a payment was received OUTSIDE Paystack (bank transfer, cash, a manually-reconciled M-Pesa till payment) and you have independently verified it. This is separate from — and more sensitive than — an ordinary status change.
